Board of Directors Interest *

The Board of Directors is elected from the Full members and has a responsibility according to governance and statutes. The BOD is designed to represent a balanced and inclusive view of the membership (eg by geography, organisation type etc). BOD members need to be very active and are expected to lead activities and task forces as well as atttend around 4 BOD meetings and approximately 6-8 Activity Group meetings each year.

This is the main agreement form which should be filled in, signed, dated and preferably stamped by a -legally authorised- person within your organisation. It should then be scanned an uploaded. Note that it is your responsibility to ensure this 'legality' and if subsequently it is proven to not be valid your membership will be terminated but any fees paid will not be refundable. If you wish you may also upload proof of such legal authorisation in another field
